One of the best car washes I've ever gotten anywhere PLUS it is one of the only full service car wash places in Rohnert Park. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes on the weekend but it's worth it. I love going to the Oil Stops. I've gone to Petaluma for years and often still do. I also go to Rohnert Park when I want to follow it with a car wash. I always take advantage of the free car wash and then upgrade so I'm getting the inside and out cleaned for about $11. The car wash service is comparable to other car washes. Chevron Oil Stop has multiple locations across Sonoma County and there are two locations in Rohnert Park. If you have time, bring your car to this location which is right off from Rohnert Park Expressway. According to my research, out of the two Rohnert Park locations this Oil Stop provides better service. Using a funnel, carefully drain used motor oil into a clean container such as a rinsed-out plastic milk jugs or special 6-quart oil container. Drain extra oil from the filter into the container (leave the filter to drain in the funnel for a couple of hours), and place the oil filter into a heavy zip-lock bag. It took oil stop THREE WEEKS to finally admit fault (even with proof) and accept responsibility for this At least they did the right thing and agreed to cover the cost, if they had not done so this would have cost us $8,000!
